What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, organization, team size, and message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) to operate and secure the site. The site does not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and fonts are served from the site itself.
How we use it
We use what you send to respond to you, to scope and deliver an engagement if you hire us, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, and contact-form messages are delivered by an email service (Resend). These providers process information only to provide those services.
Retention
We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and, for clients, as required by our engagement records.
Confidential information
Please do not send client-confidential or privileged information. We are not a law firm, and communications with us are not privileged.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing contact@showalteraiconsulting.com.
Changes
We will update this notice if the site changes, for example if analytics are added.
